What will my email address be with Live@edu?
Your email address will change slightly. Your new email address will now include the word student in the email address. For example your email address will look like this:

S1234567@student.milwaukee.k12.wi.us
Will I be able to change my password?
YES! To change your password you must be on an MPS computer:
  • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
  • Click on Change Password. You should enter your old password (date of birth)
  • Now enter a new password (hint: new passwords should be something that only YOU know and no one can guess about you)
  • You will need to confirm your new password by entering it again
  • Click on OK
Please note: Your password is now changed for the next time you login to any computer.  DO NOT share your new password with anyone else.
How will I find my teachers email address?
Ask your teacher for their email address and then add them to your contact list.
How do I access my MPS student email from outside of MPS?
The easiest way is to go to the MPS Portal www.milwaukee.k12.wi.us and click on the Webmail link.  The direct login page to the student email is https://www4.milwaukee.k12.wi.us/liveedu/ which can be reached from inside or outside the district.
Can I email my parents and friends from my new email account?
Yes, you can email anyone with your new email account. Always be sure to use appropriate email etiquette.
